It is always very impossible to get an appointment because there are specific days you must call by 7:30am and other days by 8:00am, if you're on the phone to call on either of these times, you may be lucky to be waiting on the queue, between 8 minutes to 15 minutes which is largely dependent on your number on the queue. When your phone is eventually connected, you're most likely to be told that there are no appointments for that day again and no immediate possible future appointments available, this doesn't depict any sign of emphaty on the part of the receptionist. On some occasions I had to go for walk-in at Blaydon with my son.

I don't know how you will be able to improve this situation with this current system. Professional receptionists that are emphatic with nice words are needed.

The practice is very well run. The reception staff are absolutely lovely and friendly and very helpful. The surgery itself is very clean and tidy and has lots of helpful information for patients to access. I have been successful on getting appointments booked and confident on the treatment and advice provided by the doctors and nursing staff. This is a very good Medical Practice.

I have not came across anything that I think could be better.

Was seen by diabetic nurse I work nightshift so had afternoon appointment , staff always very professional and helpful with their patients to get the appointment that suits them. I’ve always found all staff from receptionist to doctors friendly approachable and more than happy with team medical practice.

Nothing, always provide great service always on time to get in see doctor/ nurse . This is great practice to be with kind regards I Mckinley

Doctors appointments all gone within 10 minutes of coming available. No appointments online after 2.15, this may just be the day I was looking. Can only book appointments on the day.

Later appointments, appointments for the next 2/3 days. Nurse appointments online would help.

I was unable to book an appointment online which meant I had to attend the surgery in person.

I was very happy and surprised to be offered a appointment with a student doctor who was being supervised by another doctor almost immediately.
